Instructions for Applying

1) Click the Apply Now button at the bottom of this page to take you to a new page, the Registration Page.
2) Select "click here to register" under the user name/password boxes. Even if you have an existing account for another property.
3) Put in your name, SSN, phone #, email address and confirm email address
4) IF you have previously applied for an online account, A separate window/box will open and it says "I recognize you". choose "using existing account"
5) Next you are prompted to put in a password (use your existing password if you were recognized as a returning user) or put in a new password.
6) Now you can apply and proceed through the application process

Note: If you are applying for more than one property you will need to repeat steps 1 through 5.

• All adults will need to electronically sign the application.

  • Please set up an email address in advance. All applicants over the age of 18 must have a separate email accounts even if they reside in the same household.

• Your existing s8 online account cannot be used for this application, even if it is the same email account (i.e. you will have more than one account associated with the same email address)
• If you want to apply for more than one property, you have to re-register for each property and complete the application process separately.
• The rent is not subsidized through HASLO; HASLO is the property management agent for the owner.
• There is a $15 application fee per household member 18 years and over.
